Cancellation Policy

Readings cannot be started without payment being approved 1st, if a reading has been booked but payment has not been received, within 48 hours, you place in line will be dropped and you will have to rebook. If client does not communicate with reader and does not show up for scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of start time, the Client is Marked as "No Call No Show", Once a client is marked as No Call No Show, they will have (at Reader's Discretion) 1x to rebook with the reader at a different time. If client needs to reschedule appointment, we ask for client to reach out to reader and let them know of the change of plans as soon as possible. Clients will be allowed to reschedule 2x after initial appointment. If Notice Given. CANCELLATION Policy is as follows: 48+ hours' notice - 95% refund 24 - 47 hours' notice - 50% 24 hours or less notice - NO Refund
